Job Qualifications:
• Culinary expertise in International Cuisine required!
• Prior experience as Production SUPERVISOR or KITCHEN MANAGER
• Prior experience in high volume production kitchen.
• Excellent inter-personal skills.
• Must be well organized in planning.
• Good communication skills with employees and customer.
• Must be able to motivate employees and be a team builder.
• Graduate of culinary school
• Computer skills (excel, word, outlook)
• Completed HACCP training
